3. Refund Processing
Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You may see the refund in your account within 1–2 additional business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Program Cancellation
You may cancel a program at any time. Refunds are available for any sessions not yet completed. Partial refunds are calculated based on the proportion of the program completed.
6. Digital Content Policy
Programs include digital access to guides, worksheets, and resources. Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access. Refunds are still available even after accessing materials, as our primary guarantee is your satisfaction.
